Not going to lie; I will make just the sauce and skip the pasta&#8230; so so so tasty!<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 Tbsp. Olive oil<\/li>\n<li>8 cans of clams (half minced and half chopped)<\/li>\n<li>Half bulb garlic<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 cup chopped fresh parsley<\/li>\n<li>1 Lemon<\/li>\n<li>Fresh ground pepper<\/li>\n<li>Jar of clam juice (optional &#8211; I prefer it)<\/li>\n<li>Cayenne pepper (optional)<\/li>\n<li>Healthy Pasta or rice of choice &#8211; my suggestion is quinoa pasta!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"color: #606060;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Directions<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Slice garlic<\/li>\n<li>start pasta water<\/li>\n<li>Saut\u00e9 garlic\u00a0on light heat in olive oil- you want soft &amp; white (no\u00a0brown)<\/li>\n<li>open clams<\/li>\n<li>when garlic is soft: drain the clam JUICE Into the pot (not the clam) (include extra clam juice)<\/li>\n<li>pepper to taste<\/li>\n<li>throw in finely chopped parsley<\/li>\n<li>cayenne to taste (optional)<\/li>\n<li>while draining pasta throw clams into pan (only need\u00a0to heat up)<\/li>\n<li>squeeze lemon in (avoid pulp and seeds)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Serve immediately and Enjoy!<\/p>\n<p>Serves 6 along with a veggie side dish<\/p><\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Linguini and Clam Sauce!!!
