However,\u00a0words alone will only\u00a0motivate you\u00a0for, maybe, a few days? A few weeks? A great way to accomplish your goal is to\u00a0<\/span><strong style=\"color: #000000;\">position<\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">,\u00a0<\/span><strong style=\"color: #000000;\">prioritize<\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">, and<\/span><strong style=\"color: #000000;\">have\u00a0<\/strong><b style=\"color: #000000;\">accountability<\/b><span style=\"color: #000000;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"color: #000000;\">1. Prioritize:<\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0&#8220;If it is important to you, you will FIND A WAY; if not you will find an EXCUSE.&#8221; &#8211; anonymous. Oddly enough, one of the most powerful things you can do for your goal is to start with a question. What is my WHY? You have to know what makes this goal important to you because that is what is going to keep you going when you don&#8217;t want to. Dig deeper than &#8220;because it&#8217;s what I want&#8221;. This is where you get to be that 5-year-old that exhausts others with that\u00a0simple question\u00a0&#8220;but why?&#8221;. An easy way to get to the bottom of your WHY is to have someone close to you be that 5-year old and help you dig.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"color: #000000;\">2. Position:<\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0You have a goal! You have your WHY! Awesome! Now what? Sit down and reverse\u00a0engineer your goal. What is going to get you there? You need a system of the &#8220;how&#8217;s&#8221; that are\u00a0in bite size pieces.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Ex: I want to lose 40 pounds:<\/strong>\u00a0HOW? &gt; eat right and exercise\u00a0&gt; HOW?\u00a0&gt; meal plan, fitness routine, &amp; accountability &gt;<strong>\u00a0HOW<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>?<\/strong>\u00a0&gt; find a meal planner that works for you or develop\u00a0a system that works for you &gt;HOW? &gt; find someone who has done it or\u00a0google for an answer&#8230;etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Get\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">the<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0idea? It should honestly take 30 min to an hour to break your goal\u00a0down. The purpose is to give yourself a\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">game plan. It puts your goal in perspective and gives you the ability to chase after it without feeling overwhelmed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"color: #000000;\">3. Accountability:\u00a0<\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">It makes a DIFFERENCE when you have someone you HAVE TO ANSWER TO. It can be as simple as weekly\/daily\u00a0text, asking friends for accountability by publicly sharing your goal, or having a check in once a week. Whatever you do, share your WHY, and your game plan with them. Then,\u00a0set up a specific time to check in every week. (Personal note:\u00a0This has been vital in my own journey.
