(Taste Like Snickers!)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"528\">\n<table class=\"mcnImageCardBottomContent\" border=\"0\" width=\"100%\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" align=\"right\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td class=\"mcnImageCardBottomImageContent\" align=\"left\" valign=\"top\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"mcnImage\" src=\"https:\/\/gallery.mailchimp.com\/cdcad3ed84\/images\/f71dc135-86b4-4230-bdf6-edd715cf750a.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"528\" \/><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td class=\"mcnTextContent\" style=\"color: #606060;\" valign=\"top\" width=\"528\"><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><strong>No-Bake Energy Bites!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>(Taste Like Snickers!)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Moment of honesty&#8230; eat too many of these all at once and you may have some&#8230; umm&#8230; gas. 2 or 3 at a time is just about perfect \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 cup rolled oats<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 cup coconut flakes<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1\/2 cup ground (or whole) flax seed<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1\/2 cup chai seeds<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1\/2 cup organic dark chocolate chips<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 2\/3 cup all natural peanut butter (crunch or smooth&#8230; I use smooth)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1\/4 cup honey<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 tsp vanilla extract<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>***Make room in the freezer and have a cooking sheet out with wax paper on it ready before you start mixing<\/p>\n<p>*** have a bowl of water sitting next to you to moisten your hands for rolling DO NOT ADD THIS TO THE MIXTURE<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; add honey and peanut butter LAST!<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Mix all other ingredients<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Add peanut butter and honey<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Mix: I use my bare hands after putting some water on them. If you have a great mixing utensil&#8230; go for it.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Once thoroughly mixed squish it into bite size balls<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Place on the cooking sheet and in the freezer overnight then transfer to ziploc<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rolling Tips:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I moisten my hands with water and then squish the mixture into balls. If you try to roll it they fall apart. When the mixture starts sticking to your hands &#8211; moisten them with water again.
