This is 5 days of eating delicious clean food, low caloric count,\u00a0and moving\u00a0for 30 min a day. By the end of the 5 days you feel refreshed, you lose a bit of weight, and you reset your eating habits.<\/p>\n<p>Easy to follow steps:<br \/>\n<strong>1. 5 Meals a day: <\/strong>This consists of breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, and dinner. Eating 5 meals a day is a great way to get your metabolism moving and keep yourself energized.<\/p>\n<p>2. <strong>No C.R.A.P. only F.O.O.D.: <\/strong>Your body has an incredibly difficult time digesting artificial flavorings and chemicals. So give it a reset.<\/p>\n<p>NO\u00a0<strong>C<\/strong>arbonation &#8211; <strong>R<\/strong>efined Sugar &#8211; <strong>A<\/strong>rtificial Flavoring &#8211; <strong>P<\/strong>rocessed food.<\/p>\n<p>What you CAN have is real FOOD!<\/p>\n<p><strong>F<\/strong>ruits &amp; veggies &#8211; <strong>O<\/strong>rganic lean proteins &#8211; <strong>O<\/strong>mega 3 fatty acids &#8211; <strong>D<\/strong>rink water.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. 1100-1300 calories a day (depending on your height\/activity level): <\/strong>Don&#8217;t be afraid, this looks restricting but I promise you will not go hungry. You are eating healthy food 5 times a day.<\/p>\n<p>Again, this is a 5 day &#8220;reset&#8221; to clean and refresh. Afterwards it is normal to consume 1600-2000 or more a day (depending on height\/weight\/activity level).<\/p>\n<p>Here is an example of one day:<br \/>\n<strong>Breakfast: Turkey Bacon Breakfast Sandwich<br \/>\nSnack #1: Apple and Almond Butter<br \/>\nLunch: Chicken and Hummus Pita<br \/>\nSnack #2: An Orange and some Almonds<br \/>\nDinner: Steak with Spinach and Baked Potato<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>4. MOVE: <\/strong>Get up and workout out for 30 min a day.\u00a0This can be a power walk on the second half of your lunch &#8211; a small at home fitness routine. Anything that gets your\u00a0heart rate up for 30 minutes.
