If you have a great mixing utensil&#8230; go for it.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Once thoroughly mixed squish it into bite size balls<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Place on the cooking sheet and in the freezer overnight then transfer to ziploc<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rolling Tips:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I moisten my hands with water and then squish the mixture into balls. If you try to roll it they fall apart. When the mixture starts sticking to your hands &#8211; moisten them with water again. Dijon mustard<br \/>\n2 tsp. raw honey<br \/>\n1 dash sea salt<br \/>\n4 tsp. olive oil,\u00a0<em>divided use<\/em><br \/>\n4 (4-oz.) raw chicken breasts, boneless, skinless<br \/>\n4 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, thinly sliced<br \/>\n\u00bd medium onion, thinly sliced<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"color: #555555;\">Preparation:<\/strong><br style=\"color: #555555;\" \/>1. Preheat grill or broiler.<br style=\"color: #555555;\" \/>2. Combine wine, mustard, honey, and salt in a small bowl; whisk to blend. Set aside.<br style=\"color: #555555;\" \/>3. Agave Nectar<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/4 tsp Vanilla extract<br \/>\n&#8211; A few shakes of cinnamon<br \/>\n<strong>Directions<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Soak almonds in 3 cups filtered water overnight in liter container.<br \/>\n&#8211; Drain &amp; Rinse well<br \/>\n&#8211; Rinse container because you will need it again<br \/>\n&#8211; Blend Almonds, agave nectar, vanilla extract, cinnamon and 3.5 cups water until as smooth as possible (my ninja takes about 5 min)<br \/>\n&#8211; Strain with Cheese cloth into liter container. Done!<\/p>\n<p>PS. Pulp from the straining is quite tasty in Shakeology and oatmeal.<\/p>\n<p>***The beauty of making your own (besides not having to deal with artificial ingredients and crazy amounts of sugar) is you can flavor it any way you like!
